Fun with Bokeh

So I took a little time off in the middle of projects for a little side project for fun! Inspired from HERE, I made my own makeshift thing that does that…thing, but not as good.

See? Ok, they’re not as good, I had to superimpose a bunch of pics to make a full image.

Here’s what I did!

piece of cardboard, wrap around the lens, tape it up.

get another piece of cardboard? i forget why i took this pic.

so i did that, right there. made sense to me

that other piece of cardboard, cut a circle the same size as your lense

then i drew a heart shape in the middle (could be other shapes). i used an old geometry trick that i remembered! draw two rays and draw a perpendicular line in the middle of those rays, and where those lines intersect is where the center is...MATHS!

then you cut that shape out! and tape it to the other thing that you made that was all cut up

the final step is redoing the last step cuz the hole was too big.
